The Role of Technical Support Engineer

• 50% Worcester based, 50% field based (UK wide).
• Provide support and training to internal engineers and customers.
• Create technical and training documentation.
• In-house repairs, testing, and setting-up of propriety instrumentation
• Travel to customer sites to conduct training and repairs when necessary.
• Mon - Fri position, 40 hours per week

The Candidate for the Technical Support Engineer

• Hold a qualification in an engineering discipline such as HNC/Degree/Apprenticeship.
• Hands on experience with mechatronic, hydraulic, or electronic systems
• Customer focused approach to engineering
• Strong English communication skills; verbal and written.
• Knowledge of calibration and creating technical documentation is beneficial.
• Happy to commute to Worcester when not on customer sites.
• Full UK driving licence
• Able to work in the UK without restriction as sponsorship will not be provided.

The Package for the Technical Support Engineer

• £35,000 - £40,000 basic salary, depending on experience
