The Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the delivery of Capital Projects for our client's account, aligning with the 3C's and the Global Blueprint: Capability, Credibility, and Cost leadership.

This involves implementing and supporting a high standard of project delivery to enhance the client's position within the project market, thereby fostering growth within the UK for existing customers.

Job Description

Responsibilities in the role of Project Coordinator include supporting and coordinating the tactical delivery of Capital Projects UK across the client account.

This entails specifically delivering projects, managing resources, ensuring commercial governance and practices, addressing compliance and risk factors, and contributing to the development and management of the supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the tactical programming and delivery of Capital Projects
  • Support growth with Projects within Barclays Account, UK Regions through monitoring and reporting in support of delivery with Dashboards, Status and P&L data
  • Develop & Maintain Relationships with the client Country Team, Key Accounts, Global Operations and External Customers
  • Provide support for creation of technical OSD FSD documents, Flash reports and Post Project Completion reporting
  • Implementing the delivery model & supporting resource across Projects with client governance and assurance processes and admin
  • Responsible for supplier feedback, reporting and management to maintain effective and supply chain delivery
  • Implementation of best practise processes and procedures to ensure high standards, quality and a first in class service delivery
  • Processing, coordinating processes for all New Starters, Leavers, Movers, Change of Personal Details or Change of Job Details

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Construction, Engineering or Built Environment discipline would be advantageous for the role
  • Experience operating within the building project and FM industry, preferably in the banking sector / corporate environments / commercial offices
  • Understanding of Project principle and fundamentals
  • Demonstrate experience of project programming, planning, and reporting
