Salary/ Pay rate/ Benefits:
£55-£60/hr Umbrella
£41.60-£45.34/hr PAYE
Location: Somerset
Hours of work: 37 hour Mon-Friday
Applicants must have experience of the following:
- Detailed knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the management of a construction site (CDM 2015)
- EPC project delivery experience in a highly regulated industry (Nuclear, Oil & Gas etc)
- Familiar with the production and reviewing of safe systems of work documentation
- 5 years+ experience in a senior or managerial role
- Experience with hands on work, walk arounds, risk assessments
- Safety management qualification - IOSH, NEBOSH
- CDM qualifications
- A radiological protection certificate

Role information:

- Assist the project manager with the management of the construction site
- Supervise workers, monitor subcontractors, check materials and inspect and oversee works quality control
- Ensure procedural controls are complied with
- Ensure work is delivered to time and cost specifications
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to
- Write reports
- Ensure safe system of work documentation is approved and appropriate
