Marine Engineer

Marine Engineer is required to join a well-established marine business located within an independent marina in Falmouth. This Marina provides berthing, moorings, and visitor berthing.
As a Marine Engineer you will be working on a number of vessel, doing maintenance, repairs and commissioning. this role is based in Falmouth.

Marine Engineer Duties:
As a marine engineer, you will be carrying out maintenance, servicing, and repair work on leisure and small commercial boats on site.
Perform surveys, inspections, and annual performance tests.
Experience working on engines such as Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Suzuki & Vetus
Sea trails on vessels after repairs
Carry out mechanical and electrical servicing, fault finding and repairs to inboard and outboard engines and associated equipment.
Marine Engineer Requirements:
Experience as a marine engineer within the marine industry, or Apprenticeship
Self-motivated, able to work under pressure and work independently.
HNC/HND preferred in engineering
Previous work or training within a main dealership organisation such as Volvo Penta, Yanmar, Suzuki or similar.
Full UK driving licence required
Able to Travel to Falmouth.
