CNC Wood Machinist - Lancashire - Up to £45,000 + Benefits - Ref: 1551

I am currently recruiting for a CNC Wood Machinist to work for one of the UK's leading Bespoke Manufactures.

The organisation has a fantastic background having been established for over 15 years. They are deemed the experts at what they do and have an unrivalled reputation in the market. They work on very interesting projects across Bespoke manufacturing of Furniture's. They employ over 22 people across the Lancashire area and are actively growing year on year.

To support the growth of the business and to be able to deal with the amount of work they have on going, a new role has come to fruition and they have the need to appoint a CNC Wood Machinist on a permanent basis.

In this role as a CNC Wood Machinist, you will need to interpret and follow detailed drawings sticking to strict time lines in order for projects to be completed on time. In addition to this you will be required to operate 5 Axis CNC and come up with Inventive fixtures and Jigs.

Ideal Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 Years experience in Wood Machining
  • Experience with using 5 Axis CNC
  • Worked with Bacci CNC
  • Alphacam CAD or/and CAM Programming

Desirable:

  • 6 Axis CNC
  • Rhino 3D

(May also consider 1 year's experience in wood Machining or Cabinet making backgrounds)
