Mechanical Estimator

My client are a privately owned M&E contractor with over 50 years of expertise in mechanical and electrical building services, covering installations and maintenance. They deliver projects across sectors including commercial, education, healthcare, MOD/MOJ projects, and local authorities.
They are recruiting for a Mechanical Estimator to join their team. You'll be required to produce detailed and accurate estimates for the business.
The role: The primary focus of this role entails assessing and evaluating M&E projects, communicating with clients to manage needs and expectations, visiting prospective sites to support tender bids, and liaising closely with other team members within the company to compile tender returns. Experience within the M&E sector is essential.
