As HSE Manager, you will be an expert in your field and have the primary objective to create, promote and maintain a strong SHE culture across Sales & Services teams. you will have previous experience in commercial environment and the skills to drive results in order to support and ensure the Safety and Wellbeing of the workforce.

The Role:

• Ensuring the organisation is compliant with UKIE legislation
• Manages a range of health and safety programs for Sales & Services teams
• Improving awareness and commitment to Health and Safety issues
• Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions to drive performance improvements
• Audit and inspection programmes, workplace assessments, occupational health

The person:

• NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and relevant IOSH membership
• Proven experience (5-10 years) in a similar health and safety role within a commercial setting supporting mainly a Sales and Services team spread across all the UKIE. Ideally Chemical or Pest Control Environment.

• Looking for a long-term career within a business that recognises the talent to progress
• Looking for a Hybrid role ( office based 2-3 days per week)
