This company are one of the UKs leading Renewable companies that design, install and maintain Solar PV onto commercial properties. They work on projects from 250kw up to multi megawatt scale and are looking for a Solar Design Engineer to facilitate this.

In this role you will be developing installation specifications and drawings while creating initial designs and quotations of Solar PV. Taking the projects from the initial drawings through to the feasibility, construction and final stages of the project.

This is an excellent opportunity to head up the design team and train junior designers along the way, you will be part of a leading renewable company that look after their staff and progress the right candidates to self-develop and play a vital role in the success of the business.

The Role:

- Design of commercial scale Solar PV systems
- Modelling panels and using industry-specific design software
- Using software's such as AutoCAD, Solar edge and PV Sol
- Offices based in Coventry - Remote work supported

The Person:

- Experience as a Solar design engineer
- Electrical engineering or electrical qualifications preferred
- Wiling to take a step up in your career and progress within the company
