Welder / Fabricator required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer of bespoke machinery based near Tadley in Hampshire. Due to ongoing success, they are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator with experience with TIG welding on stainless steel sheet material.

Welder / Fabricator - Sheet Metal Position Overview

• Carrying out TIG and MIG welding on stainless steel sheet materials between 1 - 3mm.
• Working in line with production schedules and deadlines
• Setting up and operating fabrication equipment
• Implementing continuous improvements within the manufacturing department
• Reading, creating and interpreting welding drawings
• Maintaining the factory and onsite equipment
• Complying with the health and safety policies

Welder / Fabricator - Sheet Metal Position Requirements

• Previous experience with TIG & MIG welding on stainless steel sheet materials
• Based in a commutable distance of Tadley, Hampshire
• High attention to detail
• Experience with fabrication machinery and hand tools
• Ability to read engineering drawings

Welder / Fabricator - Sheet Metal Position Remuneration

• Salary: £30,000 - £36,000 depending on experience
• Working hours: 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday. 37.5 hour working week.
• 28 days holiday, including bank holidays. Increasing with tenure.
