Based in London Bridge, this Energy Consultant/SAP Assessor post is for you if you have been dealing with residential SAP assessments and keen to develop into working on a wider range of schemes in the non-domestic field.

You'll be joining an outstanding team in the London office that works on a range of projects with a focus on carbon reduction, net-zero or different levels of certification according to Breeam, LEED or WELL standards. An international design consultancy, they operate in the property, education, healthcare and many more markets.

As a Energy Consultant/SAP Assessor within the group using your putting your knowledge of high-rise residential works to good effect and have ample scope to develop and move in to larger/more complex builings.

For your application to be successful you will need to be a fully qualified OCDEA using Elmhurst Design SAP and adept at dealing with GLA planning requirements as well as familiar with reviewing photographs for BREL sign-off.

If you are able to use IES-VE fo non-residential works and have experience of using Trisco or another thermal bridging software that will be a massive advantage and help ensure that your package is at the top end of the scale.
