Commercial Manager (JCT/NEC experience required)

£55000-£65000 + Car Allowance + Bonus + Additional Training + Benefits

Building Services Consultancy established over 50 years ago providing end-to-end solutions to the commercial market in the North-West are looking to continue with their recruitment drive in 2024 to maintain the high level of service to all clients.

Currently required is a Commercial Manager to work in conjunction with the management team ensuring projects run smoothly and client communication is effective at all times.

To apply the Commercial Manager will need the following

• 10+ years' experience working on commercial sites (JCT/NEC background required)
• Extensive experience in cost/budget control and contract management
• Specific knowledge working on projects up to £1M expected.
• Industry recognised qualifications
• Quantity Surveying background beneficial
• Full driving License

The Commercial Manager will be given the opportunity to gain new qualifications and play a key part in the development of the business gaining the opportunity to progress taking on more responsibility. Mainly office based a flexible working pattern for the right candidate is offered.
