Our client acts for several high-profile clients, including some of the country's major land developers, contractors, universities, housebuilders and retail operators!

Requirements

The successful candidate will need to have good knowledge of planning practice, legislations and have a keen eye for detail. You will be able to drive projects forward pro-actively, with a can-do attitude and provide first rate support and strategic advice to senior members of the team.

Requirements to apply?

-RTPI degree or similar relevant qualification

-MRTPI or working towards it

-Suitable experience at Senior Planner level

-Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time and multiple projects effectively

-Strong communication skills (verbally and in written form)

-Good understanding and knowledge of the planning system
