As our Credit Controller, you'll be the maestro orchestrating the collection of revenues from our valued customers for the outstanding services we provide. This pivotal role ensures that we continue to deliver top-notch connectivity services, accompanied by stellar customer care.

A DAY IN YOUR LIFE AS CREDIT CONTROLLER:

• You'll engage weekly with overdue debtors, ensuring swift cash collection and nurturing strong relationships with customer purchase ledger teams
• You’ll champion Credit Control processes, sending chase letters when needed and pursuing billing to ensure the credit notes are raised in line with approval process.
• Proactively resolving invoice queries – happy to pick up the phone when needed and liaising internally to get the job done.
• Reconciling cash receipts and providing insightful reporting will be second nature to you, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Your meticulous attention to detail will shine as you allocate cash receipts and resolve customer queries promptly, maintaining pristine ledgers.

TO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE YOU'LL BRING:

• 3 years of experience in a Credit Control role in a fast-paced environment
• A solid academic background with minimum of 5 GCSE's or equivalent
• Experience of meeting and exceeding KPI’s
• Mastery of MS Office and finance systems like Netsuite
• Natural talent for team collaboration, coupled with exceptional communication skills
