Our client is a leading provider of solar technology. They are looking for a driven and skilled Customer Service Specialist to work onsite in their office based in Utrecht.
They are well known for being a company that supports its employees in helping them to succeed where they offer a very flexible, supportive environment with the opportunity to work 32 or more hours.
You, Customer Service Specialist will join an enthusiastic working environment in their Netherlands office who are continuously working on shaping the future of Renewable energy.
What you will be doing as the Customer Service Specialist
- Support new customers with the onboarding of their products so that they can successfully get started with their services
- Maintain customer contact by answering questions by telephone or email and assisting the customer as best as possible.
- You are a real team player and work closely with your colleagues from Sales and Operations.
- Excellent technical knowledge, experience in Solar/PV is desirable
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or similar degree
- Excellent knowledge of English and Dutch
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Fun dealing with customers
- Analytical and systematic approach
- You live in the Utrecht region or are willing to travel to the office by public transport.
