THE ROLE:
You will join the maintenance team in support of the Engineering Maintenance Manager, You will have a strong knowledge of both Mechanical and Electrical maintenance.
DAILY DUTIES:
This will be a hands-on maintenance role.
* Responding effectively to equipment breakdowns.
* Identification of improvements for plant reliability and effectiveness.
* Carrying out scheduled maintenance work.
* Mentoring apprentices on site
* Upkeep of engineering manuals and documentation.
* Maintenance of, but not limited to electrics, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC's.
THE CANDIDATE:
* Minimum Time-served Apprenticeship (HNC / NVQ / C&G level) in Engineering.
* Experience working in FMCG / food manufacturing.
THE BENEFITS:
* Salary circa £42,000 per annum
* 24 days Holiday
* Excellent Contributory Pension
