My client is a specialist manufacture of products that are used with the aerospace and turbine industry sectors, and they are seeking a CNC Programmer to join their team. As a CNC Programmer, you will create CNC programs for multi-axis CNC machinery, working to tight tolerances and ensure that the parts produced meets clients expectations.
CNC Programmer Responsibilities;
- Set and program 5 axis CNC Machinery
- Generate CNC Programs using Hypermill CAM software
- Work to tight tolerances and use precision measurement devices
- Ensure that the products meets the exact design specifications
- Provide technical support to CNC operators
CNC Programmer Experience;
- Previous experience in programming multi-axis CNC machinery
- Experienced in working to tight tolerances
- Heidenhain, Mazatrol and Hypermill experience is desirable
- Able to interpret engineering drawings and create CNC programs
- Excellent communication skills are essential
