Recycling Extrusion Machine Operator - Career Development Opportunity
Join our client in Avonmouth for an exciting career opportunity! We are seeking candidates interested in developing Engineering skills, preferably with experience in the manufacturing industry (Advantage). This position is ideal for individuals with a background in Production or Recycling or those open to advancing their careers. Full training will be provided.
Company Offers:
- 38.5 hours per week with overtime opportunities
- Monday to Sunday shifts (Various Shifts)

Main Duties Include:
- Operate machinery efficiently and safely
- Set and adjust machine controls, manage start-up and shut-down processes
- Conduct cleaning and general maintenance
- Perform regular quality checks, promptly addressing defects or issues
- Maintain a tidy work area
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive attitude towards safety and quality
- Punctuality and reliability
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous machinery operation experience preferred
- Experience in production or recycling environments is beneficial.
