• Contribute to the formulation and implementation of planning and transport policies and strategies

Job Requirements:

• Political awareness and an interest in a range of sectors including rail
• Qualification or equivalent experience in Transport Planning, Planning Policy, or a related subject
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to handle complex work
• Excellent presentation and report writing skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Knowledge of relevant planning legislation and policies at national, regional, and local levels
• An understanding of planning processes and the ability to research and analyse information
