Position for an Engineering Manager to join a multinational manufacturer in a fully autonomous role covering maintenance strategy, continuous improvements, and the leadership of a large engineering team.  

This is an excellent opportunity to lead & develop the engineering function on the flagship site of a multibillion-pound organisation.

An ideal candidate will be an experienced Engineering Manager with excellent leadership capabilities, a CI mindset, and a background in manufacturing, chemical, heavy engineering, and / or similar industry.

The company themselves are a leading chemical manufacturer with a presence in 4 continents across the globe. Due to this continued growth and expansion, we are looking for an Engineering Manager to join the team on a full time & permanent basis.

In this role you will oversee & develop maintenance strategies, coach & mentor the senior engineering team, and have an active involvement in all CAPEX spend (approx. £25m in the next 24 months).
