Regional Account Manager 

• Competitive Salary up to £45,000 a year - Plus GP Commission  
• 40 hours Mon-Fri 08:00–16:30
• Mileage Allowance
• Holiday 20 days + BH

We're on the lookout for a talented Accounts Manager for our client, a well-established Facilities Managements Services, covering a wide range of commercial and domestic contracts. You will work towards achieving company sales targets and be responsible for the day-to-day commercial management of accounts. Also be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term partnerships with customers and ensuring that customer needs are met as a main priority.

The perfect individual will from a facilities' management background with experience with Accounts Management, Sales, estimating, quoting and H&S within the construction sector.

The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Regional Account Management
• Tender presentations 
• Accurate site measurement and quotations / estimates 
• Managing a portfolio of clients
• Building relationships with customers
• Identify new business opportunities.
• Achieving company sales targets
• Commercial management of accounts
• Developing and maintaining long-term partnerships

The successful Account Manager will ideally:

• Flexible and able to stay away occasionally.
• Hold a current full driving licence.
• Live locally to Coventry
• Be well-organised, self-motivated and have good attention to detail.
• Enjoy meeting people, be reliable and well-presented.
• Have excellent Computer Literacy.

The successful Account Manager background

• Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working experience in the facilities management, property management, or building maintenance industry
• Experience in account management, business development, and customer relationship management
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
