Maintenance Engineer

We're seeking a dynamic Multi-skilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join a growing client based in the Rawtenstall area. Working for a forward-thinking manufacturing company, who are in their latest stage of investment in their plant. Working as part of a fantastic team under a management structure who prospect career growth, we have 3 different shift options available for this 1 vacancy.
This role is suited to an electrically biased maintenance engineer with a strong manufacturing background ideally within a factor setting. We require a minimum qualification of Level 3 or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Swift response to equipment failures and efficient fault diagnosis of any faults on the plant.
- Ownership of proposed solutions to prevent repeat failures, contributing CI suggestion to help to remove persistent problems.
- Accurate completion of shift reports and work orders.
- Execution of preventative maintenance tasks, suggesting improvements.
- Effective communication and collaboration within the Maintenance Team.

Salary: £43,000-£49,000 per annum
