Commercial Laundry Field Service Engineer Based in Northamptonshire / Bedfordshire.
-£38,000 basic salary
-Ability to increase earnings through overtime
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial laundry equipment and be able to diagnose and repair a variety of machinery in the field. The Commercial Laundry Field Service Engineer will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while performing service calls and repairs on commercial laundry equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial laundry equipment in the field
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial laundry equipment
- Maintain accurate records of all service calls and repairs
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work with the team to improve processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Strong background in commercial laundry equipment
- Experience diagnosing and repairing commercial laundry equipment in the field
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Licence/Certification:
* gas safe certification (preferred)
* current or previous COCN1 Commercial Gas Safety Certificate (preferred)
* current CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety certificate (preferred)
