Role Overview:
We are on the lookout for a skilled and certified Structural Engineer ready to take on the challenge of maintaining and repairing some of the tallest and most complex structures in the UK. This role requires not only a high degree of technical skill but also the courage to work at great heights and in all weather conditions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting detailed structural inspections and risk assessments of high-rise buildings and structures.
- Preparing documentation on maintenance, repairs, and renovations of existing structures to ensure safety and longevity.
- Preparing CAD design plans, specifications, for the projects.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement bespoke maintenance solutions.
- Installing, operating, and maintaining scaffolding, cranes, hoists, and other access systems
- Ensuring all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Liaising with clients and providing expert advice on structural integrity and maintenance plans.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports on inspections, maintenance, and repair work.

Experience/skills required for the role:
- Qualified structural engineer with relevant certification(s).
- Extensive experience in structural engineering, maintenance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations related to working at height.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to devise and implement innovative solutions.
- Flexibility to work across various locations in the UK and adapt to changing work schedules.
