The Opportunity

Belcan Workforce Solutions are working with a prominent engineering and maintenance provider based in Warrington, who are seeking an E & I Estimator to join their Electrical and Instrumentation team on a Permanent basis.

With extensive offshore and onshore facility expertise, our client specialises in asset management services throughout all life cycle phases - from consulting and engineering to manufacturing, assembly, operations, maintenance, and decommissioning.

Role & Responsibilities

As an E & I Estimator you will be carrying out proposal and estimation activities, taking full responsibility for assigned proposals by ensuring they are of a high quality, delivered in a timely manner, and reflect all agreed strategies. You will also be responsible for estimating and costing, price, technical and commercial submission documents, contractual reviews, and approvals.

Additionally, you will be supporting in maintaining an up-to-date body of knowledge for proposal and estimation activities and supporting the development of proposal tools such as estimating tools and procedures.

About You

You should be degree qualified in an appropriate engineering or numerical discipline or be suitably experienced through working in proposals and estimating or similar. Ideally, you will come from industries such as Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Utilities, or Power, and have demonstrable experience of supporting estimation and proposals within an engineering environment.
