Production Team Leader
£39,500 per annum + Overtime + Pension + 33 Days Holiday

This role would suit an individual with management experience and knowledge of the powder coating process.

The Role:

• Leading a team of 4 Paint Sprayers, to ensure Quality standards and timeframes are adhered to in the team
• Reporting directly to the Operations Director
• 7:30 to 4pm Monday to Friday
  

The Person:

• Team Leader/Supervisor experience
• Knowledge of the powder coating/shot blasting
• Strong willed and able to be fact driven to manage the team
