Alexander James Recruiting is currently working with a well-established supplier of warehouse and office space solutions looking to on-board a new Project Manager to effectively manage their projects across the UK. Responsibilities

· Managing projects of various sizes and values to fit customers’ requirements for racking, mezzanine flooring, partitioning and related products

· Creating project plans to fit with the expectations of the company’s clients; liaising with them throughout the duration of the project

· Overseeing cost management and working with the Installations team to maximize the efficiency of project completion

· Carrying out site surveys and completing installation drawings

· Visiting sites regularly to liaise with site managers

Requirements

The company are looking for an individual with experience of project management within the racking, mezzanine, partitioning or shopfitting industries. It is also essential that you have a basic understanding of autoCAD as the position will require you to create installations drawings. Due to the requirements of the role, you must hold a full UK driver’s license as you will be expected to travel to customer sites a few times per week. In terms of location, you will ideally be based in Yorkshire or within an commutable distance of Yorkshire as there will be some requirements in the office. There is an element of national travel with the position.
