OATS Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our engineering client for CNC Operatives on a temporary to permanent basis in Rotherham.

Job Duties:

• Operating machinery such as profile lasers, plasmas and drill machinery.
• Operating Forklift trucks and cranes.
• Pick generated orders with handling/lifting of heavy and large items.
• Accurately record stock movement and usage, along with product identification and use of measuring equipment.
• Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team and on your own.
• Assisting in the overall production and dispatch of customers' orders.

Requirements:

• The successful candidate will have experience with profiling machinery or similar CNC experience.
• Have a flexible attitude, be results oriented, and enjoy working in a team environment.
• The successful candidate will have experience with bandsaws/similar machinery, or any CNC Profile cutting Plasma/Gas/laser.

Shifts;

Days - Monday to Thursday 06:00 to 14:00 Friday 06:00 to 12:30.

Nights - Monday to Thursday 20:30 to 06:00 Friday 18:00 to 03:00

Afternoons - Monday to Thursday 13:00 to 21:00 Friday 12:00 to 18:30

This is a temp to perm position paying £13 per hour and £17.25 per hour on nights with lots of overtime always available at time and a half. Please apply now for immediate consideration.
