Salary - up to £42,000 + Call Out & Overtime

We're recruiting for one of the largest FM companies across the UK & World for a Commercial Plumber to work out of a well known healthcare facility based in Romford, Essex. In this role you will join a team of engineers across the facility carrying out general preventative maintenance and working on various plant room equipment such as AHUs, Water Systems, Tanks, Boilers and other HVAC plant. 

This company is one of the largest FM companies across the UK with an annual operating revenue of £17b. This company covers the hard and soft services across some of the largest clients within the commercial, domestic and industrial industry.

Job Responsibilities for a Commercial Plumber:

• Assist with the day-to-day operation including subcontractors where required
• Ensure all teams PPM and repairs are carried out as necessary in line with contract SLAs
• Ensure all reactive tasks are completed in a timely manner 
• Required to safely operate and maintain the Mechanical and Electrical systems and associated equipment on site in line with current legislation
• Ordering of parts for any reactive or planned works
• Provide technical support to the customer on all M&E aspects
