Your new company
A national Facilities management company that deal with commercial projects across various commercial sites. They have been growing their projects team and this is an addition to an established project management function that is delivering on one of their biggest contracts.  


Your new role – Project Manager
 

  • As a project manager you will be overseeing the effective and compliant completion of multiple Fabric/ M&E projects across multiple sites.
  • Making sure suitable work plans and budgets are in place to meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Handling the full project lifecycle (design to completion) for Projects ranging from £50,000 - £250,000.

What you'll need to succeed
 

  • Previous experience as a project manager in a construction or facilities management company. 
  • A good understanding of CDM regulations.
  • Previous experience in the Defense or MOD sector would be beneficial
  • Strong communication, with the ability to build relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
