Control Systems Engineer – The Role:
⦁ Developing PLC programs for machines and systems (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Allen Bradley)
⦁ Developing electrical and electronic designs for new projects on EPlan
⦁ Performing Safety calculation for machines and systems (Sistema)
⦁ Providing advice on electrical issues of machines or systems
⦁ Developing and documenting test procedures for designed machinery
⦁ Document to the required level for CE compliance, the electrics of equipment developed
⦁ Assistance with site commissioning worldwide
⦁ This role may involve an element of travel for commissioning duties, however it is not expected to be often

Control Systems Engineer – The Person:
⦁ Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience
⦁ Exposure to electrical layout, circuit boards, PLC
⦁ Experience of EPlan P8
⦁ Experience within the manufacturing industry
⦁ Experience with PLC's, Safety, commissioning
⦁ Thorough understanding of electrical concepts, electrical power systems, computers and software
⦁ Knowledge of machinery safety concepts and requirements
⦁ Ability to write well structured, documented and reusable code
⦁ Able to work both autonomously and as part of a team
⦁ Knowledge about gas controls and standard would also be an advantage
⦁ Experience of industrial networks such as CC IE Link, Profinet, Profibus, Ethernet/IP
