Description

• Develop and implement quality control procedures
• Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues
• Develop strategies to improve product quality and efficiency
• Collaborate with the manufacturing team to ensure quality standards are met
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
• Conduct audits, creating reports and communicating findings to management
• Ensure compliance with industry and company standards
• Assist in the training of staff on quality control measures

Profile

A successful Quality Engineer should have:

• HNC/ HND/ BEng Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience auditing and working with ISO 9001
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent analytical skills
• A strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software
