Dual Fuel Smart Meter Engineer (Debt Solutions)

Ganymede Energy currently have an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s Largest Metering Companies, established over 25 years ago, with 4 million+ customers, as a Field Debt Solutions Smart Meter Engineer Support Agent.

Here you’ll play an important role in helping our customers resolve their debts. You’ll work with customers to support them with any future payments, installing PAYG where it’s the best option, as well as helping them find ways to reduce energy consumption.

Package:

• Basic salary: £42,316
• 26 days holiday + bank holidays
• Monday – Friday
• Flexible working hours e.g. 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm, 10am-6pm

About you:

• Minimum qualifications: CCN1/CMA1 and MET1 or Smart Metering Diploma.
• At least 6 months of experience installing gas and electric meters.
• Full valid driving license with maximum 6 penalty points.
• Previous MOCOPA authorisation required.
• Safety-conscious with a focus on customer service
• Understanding customers’ circumstances and helping them agree an appropriate solution to resolve their debt.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
