Operations Manager (Regular UK Travel)

£75,000 - £80,000 + Car Allowance + Pension + Company Benefits

Do you have a strong Civils background and experience overseeing major contracts? Are you looking for an autonomous role where you will play a key role in the success of a well-established Renewables company?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will manage the engineering/service operations of the company, overseeing a teams of subcontractors and civil engineers.

Based from home, your role will be split between visiting client sites and Engineers, mentoring & developing the team as well as carrying out audits on contracts, with the chance for career progression.

The company are a specialist renewable energy company and have built a fantastic opportunity for a motivated candidate to come in and put their own stamp on the department.

This position would suit an Operations Manager with a strong civils background looking for a new challenge and development opportunities.
