We are looking for someone who has an interest in design and a keen eye for detail. Full training will be provided but if you have some experience in a Design or Technical role in a manufacturing or engineering organisation, that would be even better!

We would like our Design Coordinator to be organised with a good attention to detail as you will be required to ensure documents are correct and delivered in a timely manner.

  • Managing and administering customer and distributor access to the on-line Portal.
  • Where required printing hard copies of the product documentation and ensure they are supplied to the customer.
  • Promoting and developing good customer relationships.
  • Managing stationery stock levels of the specific materials required to produce hard copies of documentation.
  • Editing existing documents to reflect upgrades or modifications to equipment.
  • Providing administration support to the Design department.

What we would like to see from you…

  • Ability to use or be willing to learn MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to receive and communicate information.
  • Focused and responsive to customer requests.
  • Be organised with good attention to detail and ensure documents are correct and delivered on time.
  • Be willing to learn how to access information from other software packages, such as Solidworks, FrameMaker, TurboCad.

As our Design Coordinator, we would like you to have a genuine interest in design and if you have the willingness and enthusiasm to learn, that will go a long way!
