We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our clients busy team based in Lichfield. 

The main purpose of the role is to handle all day to day operational responsibility for allocation and supervising work, ensuring production schedules, quality standards and safety requirements are met.

Other responsibilities include:

• Engage and motivate the team to deliver optimum performance
• Lead the production team, assisting with ongoing development/training as required
• Support team members through regular, clear communication 
• Work with management team by contributing and implementing operational plans

Skills/experience required:

• Expertise in leading a team through periods of change/growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A good knowledge of quality & manufacturing principles, continuous improvement etc
• A supervisory/management qualification would be advantageous

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00
