The Role
This role will be up to £25K Dependent upon experience.
As the Assistant/trainee Document Controller you will report to the document controller, contributing to maintaining the highest standards of administration and providing document control support to the project Design Team.

Your duties and responsibilities will be
  • Data management including document control.
  • Assisting with managing the end-to-end process of all project documentation including from receipt to issue of drawings using client document control systems i.e. CEMAR, SharePoint etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with company integrated management system to ISO9001 and ISO14001 quality standards.
  • Managing the administration of electronic filing systems.
  • Providing general office administration activities support to the site team.
  • Creating project handover support including operation & maintenance manuals.
  • To provide the highest standards of general support to the department.
You will have the following qualifications & experience
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • An ability to communicate openly and effectively with other team members at all levels.
  • A minimum of GCSEs in Maths & English or equivalent.
  • An ability to use Microsoft suite i.e., word, excel, power-point etc..
