DC Personnel are recruiting for a Shift Supervisor to join our client in Market Harborough, LE16.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
13:30-22:00

40 hours paid per week

Pay Rate:
£27,000 per annum

Duties will include:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the shift operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the shift
- Supervise and provide guidance to the team members
- Monitor quality to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Assist with other tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
