Marble Talent Group is looking for an experienced Compactor and Baler Engineer, around the Birmingham, Worcester, Gloucester area in a field service role!

For this role you will be attending customer sites to conduct servicing and maintenance with install work. With this role you’ll be paid door to door with additional overtime available.

Job Responsibilities

• To promptly and competently address breakdowns and perform necessary repairs on all recycling equipment at customer sites within our core regions, while adhering to current safety regulations.
• This includes conducting routine servicing and preventative maintenance primarily on balers and compactors. Additionally, responsibilities include equipment installation and decommissioning, as well as providing training to operators on safe equipment usage.
• Accurate reporting and documentation for each job are essential, submitted promptly through our tablet CRM system.
• Maintaining correct van stock levels is crucial.
• Compliance with health and safety legislation, quality procedures, company policies, and all other regulatory requirements is mandatory.

Character Requirements

• Experience in a Field Service Engineer role.
• Good levels of customer service whilst on site.
• Standard hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm.
• Full UK driving license.
• Compactor/baler experience (desirable)
• Will consider experience from other industries providing a mechanical biased.
