- 8-hour shifts - Monday to Friday 08:00am - 16:30pm
- Overtime guaranteed - time and half pay
- Time and half on Saturdays and Double time on Sundays
The duties will include:
- Programming XYZ CNC milling machines and lathes using manual programming and Autodesk CADCAM software where required.
- Setting and operating both CNC and conventional (manual) machinery to produce parts from bespoke one-offs to small batch work.
- Carrying out quality inspection of parts produced
- Assisting other team members and departments when available
- Out of hours breakdown service
Skills and experience required includes:
- Previous CNC programming experience
- Milling and Turning experience on both CNC and manual machines is required.
- The ability to measure and inspect components accurately is essential.
- A proactive approach to teamworking is encouraged.
- A flexible and positive attitude towards your job role and working hours (overtime always available)
