Role Overview:

• Reports To: Commercial Manager / Senior Commercial Manager
• Location: Flexible - Leatherhead, South Mimms, or Dartford with flexible working options.

Role Purpose:
As a part of the Service Delivery team, you will oversee the commercial aspects of Technical Services Subcontractors and self-delivery teams. Our Technical Services team manages traffic signalling and road traffic electronic signage across the target High Speed Highway network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement of Subcontractor packages
• Monthly assessments of Subcontractors applications
• Preparation and review of budget/cost reports
• Cost verification audits of Framework Contractors
• Monthly reporting for forecast and progress to CPS Senior Team
• Assistance with supply chain scoring

Experience/Criteria Required:

• Experience in road traffic monitoring, signalling, and electronic signage
• Previous experience managing Commercial staff
• Experience in commercial management of NEC subcontracts
• Detailed understanding of NEC contract operation
• Experience in Cost Accreditation auditing
• Membership of a relevant professional body desirable (RICS/CIOB/InstCES)
• Valid CSCS card required
