Role – Engineering assistant position
Location – Outskirts of Thetford, Norfolk
Working hours – Monday to Friday – Full time hours
Rate of pay – £11.75 per hour.
Capacity of role – Temporary to Permanent position
Our client is currently recruiting for a multi skilled candidate to join their busy workshop team.
Applicants will need to have a driving licence due to the location of the premises.
Main duties will include –
Using various hand and power tools to cut, bend and shape various materials
Following instructions to work alongside customer specifications
Getting items ready for despatch – lifting up to 25kgs may be required
Ensuring the production process is within a smooth flow and to the business requirements
Checking and booking in deliveries
Housekeeping duties
Candidate attributes –
Full driving licence
Good manual dexterity
Being able to lift items
Happy to be flexible with duties
Skills Required
