Are you a passionate Mechanical Engineering Team Leader or a experienced Mechanical Fitter looking to take a step up , look no further.

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Team Leader to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Sandy working as part of their Engineering and Assembly team

Principle Responsibilities for the Line Leader :-

• Efficient organisation and control of staff. Regular and structured communication with teams, through daily team shift start-up meetings and Stakeholder meetings held and chaired to set agenda.
• Comply with all ISO standards.
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
• Compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensuring right first-time / no-fault forwards.
• Control and attainment of Production / Logistics targets.
• Proactively support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
• Performance Management of team.
• Ensuring all related company procedures are audited and complied with.
• People development through training and coaching
• Driven, can-do attitude

Candidate Background

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualified
• Hands on experience in mechanical engineering ideally with Hydraulic or pneumatic equipment
• Minimum 3 years mechanical engineering experience
• Either worked as a senior engineer, team lead or higher
• Basic experience or knowledge of machining including Lathes and turning

This is a full time permanent Team Leader position, Working Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, offering an annual salary of up to £45,000 plus Overtime plus production bonuses annual company benefits to include pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
