BMS Service Engineer

As a BMS Service Engineer at Honeywell, in the Midlands region, you will be responsible for carrying out installations, quoted works, project support, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), re-active calls and out of hours support. This role will be static at a client site for a few days a week and field based the rest of the time serving Midlands based clients.

Key requirements

  • Carry out commissioning of small automation and controls projects
  • Undertake planned preventative maintenance tasks on HVAC Controls systems
  • Operate, Maintain and Interrogate Honeywell BMS Controllers & Field Control Systems
  • Modify and Interrogate BMS Software programs, strategies, and systems
  • Continually ensure all Energy Saving measures for all Building Services are monitored and modified accordingly
  • Develop and maintain the excellent customer relations already achieved on site

Key skills and qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of operating and maintaining HVAC systems
  • Proven Customer skills
  • Ability to resolve reactive works quickly and effectively
  • Comfortable working within a planned maintenance schedule from week to week
  • Microsoft advanced engineering experience
  • Honeywell Niagara software knowledge, Honeywell CARE Software knowledge along with Honeywell Comfort Point open/Excel Web and Tridium controllers would be beneficial
