Continuous Improvement Engineer
Location: Sunderland
Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join a global organisation on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying opportunities for operational improvements.
- Create action plans to put improvements in place.
- Conduct root cause analysis.
- Support the change management process.
- Lead and coordinate Kaizen workshops.
What you will bring to the team:
- Lean Manufacturing qualification – Six Sigma, Green Belt or Black Belt
- Able to create a VSM and identify and articulate opportunities.
- Previous experience with coordinating teams
- Experience of working projects through to implementation
