Are you a production Engineer looking for an exciting new role?

Look no further! We are currently recruiting for a leading manufacturer based in Milton Keynes with a variety of experienced to senior production engineer roles

Key Responsibilities of Production Engineer:

· Develop and maintain lean production layouts.

· Create structured process documents.

· Balance capacity and operations.

· Implement efficient work instructions.

· Optimize logistics and storage.

· Select cost-effective tools and equipment.

· Manage data and resources for products.

Support Activities:

· Assist in new product introductions.

· Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

Ideal Experience for Production Engineer:

· Proven experience in production line development and support.

· Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma (preferred).

· Training in Lean/Six Sigma (preferred).

· Strong analytical, negotiation, and computer skills.

This is a full time permanent Production Engineer position, Mon – Friday 8 – 4;30,offering an annual salary that is negotiable plus annual company benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
