My client, an innovative and customer-centric company, is seeking dedicated Drainage Engineers to join their expanding team on a permanent, employed basis. They are looking for hard-working and motivated individuals with a commitment to delivering exceptional service while adhering to company standards.

Job Title: Drainage Engineer

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time.

Salary: £30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year

Additional Benefits: Company car, company events.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability.

Supplemental pay types: Bonus scheme, commission pay, performance bonus, overtime

Location: Nationally

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of drainage works including Emergency Drain Unblocking, CCTV Surveys, Drain Repairs, Drain Installs, and Drain Clearance & Maintenance.
  • Work independently, maintaining high standards and ensuring efficient job completion on the first visit.
  • Clearly communicate with customers, explaining the necessary work and leaving them with confidence and peace of mind.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Drainage industry.
  • Possession of a valid UK driver's license.
  • Willingness to travel for jobs and flexibility to work 24/7, including weekends and participation in an on-call rota.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3 years in Drainage (preferred).
  • License/Certification: CSCS (preferred)
  • Driving License (required)
  • City & Guilds (preferred).
