M&E Surveyor/Building Services Engineer

TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a Facilities Manamgnmet company, who are looking to add several M&E surveyors to an ongoing project carrying out a survey of a large industrial complex in Broughton
The role involves a survey of all mechanical and electrical assets on site, planned to commence asap, lasting approximately 2 months in duration.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the public sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using the client’s own in-house software on a portable tablet.
