Electrical Technician (Manufacturing)

Liskeard

Up to £35,000 DOE + Overtime Paid at Premium (From £3,500 Per Annum based on company average) + Holidays + Bank Holidays + Pension + Great Opportunities for Training and Technical Development

Double Days, 37 Hours per week.
Week 1: Monday to Thursday 6am to 1.15pm, 2pm Finish on Fridays. 
Week 2: Monday to Thursday 1pm to 10.15pm, off on Fridays.

Electrical Technician required for a well established manufacturer offering varied role within a stable business. They have a personable working environment and promote technical development within their Maintenance team.

The Successful Electrical Technician will have previous experience of having working within a Heavy Industrial Environment, Manufacturing or Ex Forces are encouraged to apply. You will be electrically qualified with an electrical edition or equivalent. Those with Test and Inspection certification will have an advantage.  

The Electrical Technician Role:

  • Working across various production lines within the large site.
  • Predominately working on heavy machinery.
  • 80/20 split between Reactive and PPM maintenance.
  • Working on 3 phase electrics, contactors, invertors, Motors, Drives and PLC Fault finding.
  • Test & inspection of Machinery and equipment.
  • Installation, Project work and Refurbishment.

The Successful Electrical Technician:

  • You will have previous experience of having working within a Heavy Industrial Environment, Manufacturing or similar.
  • You will be electrically qualified with an electrical edition or equivalent.
