M&E Surveyor/Building Services Engineer

TSA Surveying are currently in partnership with a building services consultancy, who are looking to add an M&E surveyor to a role carrying out surveys on a retail portfolio across Yorkshire.
The role involves a survey of all sites within the portfolio and the mechanical and electrical assets within them, planned to commence in early April, lasting approximately 2 months in duration.
The successful candidate will be suitably qualified in either a Mechanical or Electrical field, with a background in asset surveys within the public sector, capable of conducting a room-by-room condition survey, including lifecycle and verification logging, using the client’s own in-house software on a portable tablet.
