Position: Maintenance Engineer - Air Conditioning & Ventilation
Salary: £30k-£40k DOE
Location: Essex, covering the Home Counties and London
TSR are recruiting an experienced Air Conditioning & Ventilation Maintenance Engineer to join an expanding service and maintenance department.
The ideal Maintenance Engineer will have the following essential skills:
- Experience and competency to carry out planned maintenance works to all aspects of air conditioning and ventilation systems including splits, VRV/F, MVHR units and air handling equipment.
- Full UK driving licence
- F-Gas 2079 Category 1
- Positive 'can do' attitude
- Able to work on own or as part of a team
- A good knowledge of Health & Safety
- Highly articulate and presentable with excellent customer facing skills
- Good record/data keeping skills
